Have you ever walked away from an event that felt more like an experience? I remember in high school, I attended several conferences for a committed I was on. Some were ok, but there was one that still stands out in my mind today. The event has amazing speakers, great dining experience, and had time for us to connect with other schools that were there.

Cooking for the Masses

A couple weeks ago, I ate at the Chinese restaurant in town. My favorite part of eating there are the fortune cookies. I love reading the fortunes. My fortune for that week was "You are capable of tremendous creativity". Well yeah that is true, that is my line of work after all. If I wasn't creative, I wouldn't be able to make it in the graphic design world. Yes, I love what I do for a career. But one of the places I really enjoy being creative is in the kitchen. I love trying new recipes and inviting friends and family over.
