I know I'm becoming a broken record, but you have to start by setting goals and objectives for your event. You need a standard to holdup to each decision you make throughout the planning process. Will brining ____ keynote speaker be an investment in our success or an expense that doesn't contribute enough to our mission? You have to trust that this is the right person to communicate your message and lead people to Christ. Every aspect of this decision needs to be covered with prayer.
