Planning Tips...

Consider a "flip/floped" schedule.  Many groups have a morning and an evening service with recreation times in the afternoon and late evening.  Often that makes recreation areas crowded...  So try some break out or small groups in the morning, with recreation time before and after lunch with a late afternoon service followed by dinner, some free time, and a late evening service.  This schedule works really well with High school/College ministry groups.
