Planning Tips...

Consider a "flip/floped" schedule.  Many groups have a morning and an evening service with recreation times in the afternoon and late evening.  Often that makes recreation areas crowded...  So try some break out or small groups in the morning, with recreation time before and after lunch with a late afternoon service followed by dinner, some free time, and a late evening service.  This schedule works really well with High school/College ministry groups.

Indianapolis Region Christian Conference Center, located between Indianapolis and Ft. Wayne Indiana in Hartford City, Indiana.  Lake Placid Conference Center can accommodate groups of 20-400 people in motel or dorm style lodging.  Nine meeting spaces with AV equipment included in your retreat package.  Also included:  buffet dining and basic recreation.

  • Family Cottages and Dorm Style Cabins available.

  • 9 Meeting Spaces, one meeting space is included in each group package.
